Additional Information:

Reservation Details: Your chosen date and time refer to your entry into the Security Facility, not a specific ferry departure. Ferries depart every 20–30 minutes, depending on the location.
Crown Ticket Policy: No cancellations or refunds are allowed. A maximum of 4 Crown tickets can be purchased, and the buyer must be one of the ticket holders. Names of all ticket holders must be provided at the time of purchase.
Height and Supervision Requirements: Children under 42 inches tall are not permitted in the Crown. One adult is required for every group of four. Children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
Crown Climb: The journey includes 162 narrow steps from the pedestal to the Crown. There is no elevator access from the pedestal to the Crown platform.
Late Afternoon Tours: Reservations at 2 PM or later may not allow enough time to visit the Ellis Island Immigration Museum.
